Abstract
Motivation is the most important factor to increase teenage learning interest through social media. Intrinsic motivation and curiosity are assets for those who are very valuable for increasing the value and quality of learning outcomes and teaching youth. This essay uses analysis of actor-network theory or social-material theory. This theory focuses on two aspects, namely on human agency and material agency. The purpose of this essay is to explain information about the positive and negative effects of social media on adolescents. General exposure to the negative and positive sides of social media. Some positive results, for example: Socialization and communication; increase learning opportunities and access health information such as treatment schedules, because of the emergence of disease and how to prevent it. Negative effects such as: Depression, anxiety, and criminal activity.

Abstract
This emotional development has developed since children. The ability to react emotionally already in infants, the first symptom of emotional behavior is general stimulation of a strong stimulus. However, with age, a persons emotional reaction will become less extensive. Emotional intelligence is the ability to regulate life and understand other peoples emotions or emotions, motivation and social-personal abilities. The purpose of this study is to examine whether effective personal-social guidance can develop students emotional intelligence. Students who have good emotional abilities can feel, accept, understand and build emotions well, and can motivate themselves and others. This study uses a quantitative approach. The results of the study showed a significant development based on the pretest score and Posttest score. With a result of 0.001. Thus it can be concluded that through personal-social guidance can develop emotional intelligence of junior high school students.

Syntactic Study on Essay of Grade VI Students of Elementary Schools in Karangasem Regency, Bali Province

Abstract
This study aims to describe: (1) type; (2) unity; and (3) structure of sentence contained in essays of grade VI students of elementary schools in Karangasem regency, Bali province. The method used to collect data is recording documents. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) the types of sentences contained in essays of sixth grade elementary school students in Karangasem regency, Bali province can be divided based on (a) their contents, there are 210 declarative sentences; (b) number of clauses, there are 109 single sentences, 101 compound sentences; (c) the predicate of its formers, there are 165 verbal sentences and 45 nominal sentences; and (d) the nature of the actors relationships, there are 133 active sentences and 77 passive sentences. (2) the unity of the sentence indicated by the existence of: (a) Subject (S) and Predicate (P): 199 sentences categorized as clear unity of ideas; (b) 5 sentence is not clear the unity of the idea; (c) without S or only contains P: 3 sentence, and (d) without P or only contains S: 3 sentences. (3) the structure of sentences, both single and multiple found in essays of grade VI students of elementary schools in Karangasem regency, Bali province is quite varied.

Abstract
Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is an important behavior possessed by teachers. This research aims to describe the variables that influence teacher OCB, including organizational justice and job satisfaction. This study was conducted using a sequential explanatory method. The population and sample of this research were Islamic school teachers in Tenjolaya District, Bogor, West Java. The findings are: 1) There is a significant positive relationship between organizational justice and OCB with correlation coefficient (ry1) of 0.505; 2) There is a significant positive relationship between job satisfaction and OCB with correlation coefficient (ry2) of 0.437: and 3) There is a positive relationship with a significant relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction with OCB with correlation coefficient (ry12) of 0.572. Based on Focus Group Discussion there are other factors that influence or relate to an increase in OCB including: a). transformational leadership, b). organizational commitment, c). organizational culture, d). teacher motivation.
